How to use the handover builder
- Try the fictional example to see the structure. Choose Start blank before entering your own non-sensitive notes.
- Set the period and cutoff. Separate checked work, open work and unknowns.
- Give each action an owner role and due time or check-back. Keep missing details visible until they are confirmed.
- Review the complete draft, then copy, download or print it. Confirm the receiving role's understanding through your normal handover process.
What happens to the notes?
The builder keeps them only in this page's memory while the tab is open. It does not send notes to Floor Read, store drafts, use an AI service or subscribe you to anything. Reloading or leaving the page clears the builder's draft. Save a copy before you leave. Your downloaded file and copied text are yours to handle under your organization's policies.
