The optional custom adaptation is a service request at $149: one recurring summary template with up to 8 input fields, an invented worked example, definitions and validation checks, short use instructions, and one revision within the agreed scope. We confirm suitability, scope, delivery date and invoice details before any payment. Submitting a request is not an order. No card details are collected on this site.

The written scope names the intended report, input fields and acceptance checks. Delivery includes editable HTML and Markdown files that can be copied into your document tool or printed. The receiving operations owner reviews the adapted workflow before use. New integrations, additional summaries, operational decision-making, safety procedures and a full training rollout are outside this small scope.
