Free downloads. No email, account or card is required. We do not create a lead record when you download or open the starter. Our host still processes the technical request needed to serve the file.
Custom-adaptation requests. We collect your reply email, optional first name, chosen summary type, workflow description and optional input-field names. We also record the submission time, source page, host-reported country and browser user-agent. The record is stored in our Cloudflare account so we can reply about this request and agree any scope. It does not place an order or authorize a newsletter. Do not send private records, personal details or confidential files through the form.
Optional launch update. This separate form records your email, chosen edition, any optional seats, and technical submission details. It requests one email when a validated product is ready. Prior free-exercise request records remain separate and did not authorize marketing.
Paid custom work. If we agree a scope later, any invoicing and data-sharing details will be supplied before payment. This website does not collect card details.
Site analytics. This site does not currently include a visitor analytics script. Cloudflare processes technical requests to host and protect the site.
Support email. What you write to us, kept as long as we need to help you.
No advertising pixels. No selling or sharing lists. No tracking cookies. The free starter needs no business data. The inquiry form asks for a workflow description and field names only. Any later custom work uses separately agreed, appropriate inputs.
Cloudflare (hosting and form storage) and Google Workspace (email). Any future payment processor will be identified before payment.
Ask us to delete your email from our list at any time at support@floorread.com, or reply to the one email we send. A paid-service invoice, if later agreed, identifies the applicable payment provider.
